Chaucer Road is an elegant side addition extension to a Victorian terraced house. The project involved an internal remodelling to create a new kitchen dining area. The side return was extended out to the boundary line with a simple lean-to design. The existing brickwork on the house was of a high quality and the new extension was designed in keeping to match the quality standard.
