Exciting Promotions at Benchmark Architects
We are delighted to announce several exciting promotions within the Benchmark team. We are celebrating the promotions of Jos Rowe to Senior Architect, John Wildsmith to Project Architect, and Helaena Blanch to Architect after recently passing her Part III studies.
Each of these individuals has shown extraordinary dedication, skill, and growth during their time at Benchmark.
Jos Rowe’s promotion to Senior Architect reflects his valuable expertise within the team. His contributions have shown a solid understanding of architectural design and project management.
“I am very excited about my recent promotion to Senior Architect. Completing my architectural qualifications whilst working full-time has certainly been a challenge, but the experience I have been able to gain while working at Benchmark has been so integral to my career development. I have been able to work on some fantastic projects including new crematoriums for Hatfield Borough Council and East Cambridge District Council, as well as our prestigious West Quay Marina scheme in Poole. I am looking forward to 2025 and the exciting prospects that await.” – Jos Rowe
John’s promotion to Project Architect reflects his consistent dedication and growth since joining Benchmark. Having started with us as a Part II Architectural Assistant, John’s journey is a shining example of professional development and perseverance.

Helaena’s successful completion of her Part III studies showcases her exceptional dedication and perseverance. She is an integral part of our team, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate this important achievement with her.
