Interior Design Finishes planned for West Quay Marina
It’s exciting times ahead, as construction has begun at West Quay Marina. Planning was approved in October last year and after working closely with our client London Land Group Ltd and structural designers, Engineeria, we are really excited to be moving on with the next phase of the project.
We’ve been keeping you updated with some great on-site pictures, but now we want to give you a preview of what the interior will look like. The design evokes an air of elegance and modern simplicity, inspired by the local character of Poole Harbour side.
The entrance foyer will feature neutral tones, textured palettes, hints of colour, ambient lighting and bold installations, all of which embrace the development’s nautical theme.
Offering one, two, and three bedroom options, each luxury apartment boasts spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and large bathrooms. They will be open-plan and will have features such as timber effect flooring, feature walls and store walls. The apartments are situated across five buildings, reaching up to 11 stories high, and have been designed to pay homage to the area’s rich maritime history.
