Onsite in Haynes: A Look at Our Exciting New Development
We are thrilled to announce that work is progressing smoothly on our exciting new development in Haynes. This project will bring a total of 27 high-quality new-build dwellings to the area. Each home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable and sustainable living. Every home will feature dedicated car parking, cycle storage, refuse storage, and private amenity space.
Our vision for this development is to create a secure and welcoming environment that seamlessly blends with the character of the village and celebrates good architectural design. The use of premium materials and finishes will ensure that these homes are not only functional but also a pleasure to live in and be around.
Each home is built using prefabricated structural timber frames that are complete with insulation, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability. The exterior of the homes features a carefully selected mix of red and buff multi bricks, creating a timeless and appealing look. Stylish grey cladding has been incorporated to complement the brickwork and add a contemporary touch. The homes have been fitted with durable tiled roofs that enhance the overall aesthetic while providing long-term protection.
As of now, all timber frames have been built, marking a significant milestone in the project. The brickwork and roofing for Phase One are nearing completion, while work on Phase Two is well underway.
This development will bring a total of 27 dwellings to the area, with 30% designated as affordable housing. Additionally, three self-build plots will provide homeowners with the opportunity to create their dream homes. The housing mix includes bungalows, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses, with two of the bungalows designed to be wheelchair accessible.
The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, and show homes are due to be ready by May 2025. We are excited about the progress being made on this development and look forward to welcoming new residents to the Haynes community.
